Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a Trading - Shipping Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end shipping documents in a fast-paced logistics team based in Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur. You will handle shipping instructions, invoices, LC checks and liaise with buyers, banks, and internal stakeholders.
The role suits post-graduate holders who enjoy detail-oriented work, problem solving and working with international trades, customers and banks, with on-site duties in Kuala Lumpur.
Qualifications
- Post-graduate Diploma / Degree (BSc/BA) in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and shipping terms; training will be provided.
- Understanding of INCOTERM is a plus.
- Experience in shipping, logistics or handling dangerous goods; bulk handling is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end shipping documents including shipping instructions, invoices, draft BL checking, PO review and related paperwork.
- Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and sent on time to buyers, banks and internal stakeholders.
- Check that every document complies with legal regulations, company policies and customer/bank requirements.
- Review incoming Letters of Credit (LC), analyse credit worthiness and help minimise risk of bad debts.
- Support the Team Lead with ad-hoc tasks to ensure on-time shipment for every customer.

The role is base in Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur
Manage end-to-end shipping documents including shipping instructions, commercial invoices, draft BL checking, PO review and related paperwork
Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and sent on time to buyers, banks and internal stakeholders
Check that every document complies with legal regulations, company policies and customer/bank requirements
Review incoming Letters of Credit (LC), analyse credit worthiness and help minimise the risk of bad debts
Support the Team Lead with other ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth, on-time shipment for every customer
Post-graduate Diploma / Degree (BSc/BA) in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
Basic knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and shipping terms (we will train you further, but you should already know what an LC is).
Good understanding of INCOTERM is a clear plus.
Experience in shipping, logistics or handling dangerous goods. Handling commodity, dry or liquid Bulk is added advantage.
