KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a finance professional to analyze management accounts, prepare budgets and forecasts, and support audits. You will verify CAPEX utilization, manage intercompany processes, and assist in cost analysis and consultant payments.
The role requires a diploma or degree in accounting, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Healthcare exposure is preferred and the candidate should be accurate and reliable.
Responsible foranalyzingmanagement accounts,preparing annual budget, forecast, audit, analyzing CAPEX and its utilization and checking for consultant payment.Ensures accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and compliance with internal procedures.
Maintain the audit schedule andsupporttrial balanceandtransaction reports for year-end and interim audits.
Perform periodic verification of expired drugs and medical supplies, inventory adjustments (in/out), and bank payment verification (e.g. HSBC, Maybank).
Verifyintercompany reconciliation,preparecontra listings and General Ledger schedules.
Compile and check on the submission of BOM report
Assist in stock take exercise
Budget, CAPEX & Cost Analysis
Track and compare CAPEX utilisation against approved capital expenditure and fixed asset additions.
Prepare feasibility study on the new CAPEXs
Prepare monthly cost analysis reports and support consultant income/expense trend analysis.
Prepare yearly budget and forecast
Consultant Administrationand Payment Verification
Verify consultant paymentsandfixed asset invoices.
Prepare Credit Note / Debit Note (CN/DN) for consultants, income and intercompany transactions, and manage e-signing workflow.
To assist consultant person in charge on any issues related to consultant
Provision, Debt & Other Financial Duties
Monitor and update Expected Credit Loss (ECL) provisions and bad debt recovery in line with MFRS 15.
Handle ad-hoc finance administrative tasksas required by superior
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in an accounts/finance role, preferably withinhealthcare industry.Candidates with prior exposure to revenue reporting, GL reconciliation, or audit support are preferred.
Accuracy and attention to detail
