Job summary

GuocoLand Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Credit Control to support the day-to-day management of tenant billing, collections, receivables and account reconciliation.

The role offers exposure to commercial property finance operations within a structured finance environment and an opportunity to develop AR and Credit Control expertise.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Around 2 years' experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with billing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Property, mall, or commercial leasing experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare billing for rental, GTO, utilities, and parking charges.
• Update tenancy and renewal information in the system.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
• Issue reminders and Letters of Demand when required.
• Manage tenant deposits, adjustments, and refunds.
• Allocate and reconcile payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate tenant account records and reports.

Join our Finance team and support the day-to-day management of tenant billing, collections, receivables, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare billing for rental, GTO, utilities, and parking charges.

Update tenancy and renewal information in the system.

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.

Issue reminders and Letters of Demand when required.

Manage tenant deposits, adjustments, and refunds.

Allocate and reconcile payments accurately.

Maintain accurate tenant account records and reports.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Around 2 years' experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.

Experience with billing, collections, and reconciliation.

Property, mall, or commercial leasing experience is an advantage.

Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
