Job description

The Executive, Credit Control is responsible for overseeing credit control operations, billing management, payment monitoring, and dispatch coordination. This role serves as the main liaison with purchasers, solicitors, and banks, ensuring accurate financial documentation, timely collections, and secure document handling across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and ensure accurate maintenance of purchaser details in the ERP system upon confirmed sales

Review billing, receipts, and refund entries to ensure accuracy and compliance

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, coordinating with relevant stakeholders

Prepare and review progress billings and Differential Payable Notices (DPN)

Monitor purchaser accounts and ensure timely collections

Follow up on overdue accounts and implement appropriate recovery actions

Act as the main liaison with purchasers and solicitors on payments and documentation

Coordinate and oversee delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and items to/from clients, banks, government authorities, and other stakeholders

Maintain and review proper records/logs of all incoming and outgoing documents

Provide guidance and support to junior team members

About you

Ability to oversee and ensure accurate maintenance of purchaser details in the ERP system

Experience in reviewing billing, receipts, and refund entries

Capability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies

Experience in preparing and reviewing progress billings

Ability to monitor purchaser accounts and implement collection actions

Strong liaison and coordination skills with external parties

Experience in document handling and record-keeping
