Job summary

Mayland Management Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Credit Control Executive to manage full AR and credit control duties within our property management group.

You will oversee collections, reconcile accounts, and monitor overdue balances to ensure timely cash flow. The role requires a certificate or equivalent, strong English communication, and at least 2 years of experience in credit control. You will work independently and as part of a team, with a 5.5-day work week and potential

• At least 2 years' relevant credit control and debt collection experience.
• Ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines and handle ad-hoc tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willing to renew contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable collection and credit monitoring.
• Conduct account reconciliation, journal posting, and match collections to customer accounts.
• Prepare AR/Credit control reports and daily collection updates.
• Monitor overdue accounts and issue reminder letters.
• Handle billing, outstanding amounts, and issue receipts.
• Generate monthly tenant statements upon request.
• Create a daily collection report to update debtor ledgers and accounts.

Job description

Managing full set Building Management credit control report.

Handling accounts receivable collection and credit monitoring.

Conducting account reconciliation, journal posting, and matching collections with customer accounts.

Preparing AR/Credit control reports.

Monitoring overdue accounts and preparing reminder letters.

Managing billings, outstanding amounts, and issuing official receipts.

Creating a daily collection report to update debtor ledgers and accounts.

Generating monthly statements of accounts for tenants upon request.

Job Requirements:

Minimum requirement of a Certificate or equivalent with proficient English communication skills (both written and spoken).

At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit control and debt collection, preferably in Property Development or a related field.

Ability to work efficiently with tight deadlines for monthly reports and ad-hoc tasks.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Independent, team-oriented, with excellent execution, monitoring, and coordination abilities.

Positive attitude, quick learner, and responsible individual.

Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Candidate who accepted renewal contract basis

Working hour 5.5days (Alternate Saturday)
