Job summary

Sunway Medical Centre Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor invites a clinic support professional to assist daily operations and patient care services. You will work with doctors during consultations and procedures, manage patient records and appointments, and provide administrative support including claims processing, while upholding a patient‑focused experience.

Qualified candidates hold a diploma or degree in healthcare or related fields, with 1–3 years of relevant experience; hospital experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience, preferably in an administrative or healthcare setting.
• Hospital experience will be an added advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Able to work effectively with patients, families, consultants, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
