Responsibilities

• Provide medical triage assistance in person, via email or WhatsApp.
• Inform on specialist availability and assist with making appointments.
• Advise patients on procedures and expected inpatient stays where applicable.
• Liaise between patients, Sunway service departments, and international partners.
• Support new and existing business development within direct and referred channels.
• Provide timely reports on medical inquiries and patient feedback.

Executive, International Business Development

Provides medical triage assistance either in person, emails or WhatsApp includes assessment of medical symptoms in order to recommend the appropriate specialist Doctor.

Provide general information such as Specialist Doctors availability and assist the client or patient to make the necessary appointments.

Provide special information to patient, RO/agent on the appropriate doctors, the type of procedure that will be necessary and the likely length of in patient stay (where appropriate).

Serve as a liaison between the customer and patient, and the appropriate SunMed service departments/ Customer Care Associates/ international agent or any business partner.

Assist with new and existing business development of direct and referred.

Provide timely report to International Business Development on Medical enquiries and Patients' feedback.

Job Requirement:

Possess medical degree (MBBS) who are interested in pursuing non-clinical career opportunities.

Has valid Annual Practicing Certificate from from the relevant Ministry of Health.

Minimum 1 years’ working experience in healthcare or medical tourism services.

Demonstrate tenacity and integrity, have the ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.

Possess good communication skills (speaking and writing) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesian, Mandarin, or any other languages would be advantageous.
