Job summary

PHB Asset Management Berhad, a subsidiary of Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad, seeks a Client Services professional to respond to client issues efficiently and provide information about fund products to clients.

You will promote unit trust funds to investors, assist in preparing daily, monthly and quarterly sales and management reports, and collaborate with Corporate Communications to keep website content up to date. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in client services role in financial institution/ fund management company is added advantage.
• A team player, attention to details, ability to multitask.
• Strong communication (both in written and verbal) and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• To respond to client services issues with efficiency and in a timely manner
• To provide and communicate information about the fund / product to clients
• To inform clients of available company product and services that address their needs
