PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
- Effectively and efficiently manages a team of Private Client Directors (PCD) in delivering revenue, client growth and service quality
- Strategic planning and execute all Private business initiatives, organize/plan Private sales activities to generate sales volume and ensuring the Bank’s Private platform has a strong presence in the local market
- Ensure all PCD engage all Private customers assigned frequently according to minimum engagement frequency set.
- Deliver excellent customer experience to maintain good rapport and loyalty with all customers
- Managing PCD portfolio and providing day-to-day coaching and book oversight
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue
- Lead business development activities and ensure alignment of business strategy /plans with Private Channel’s strategies.
- To plan & execute the clients’ marketing events/activities on monthly to drive sales
- Efficiently and effectively manage the Branch resources by collaborating with BM, branch sales personnel and Affluent & Wealth Regional Sales Heads to drive and expand Private customer base, retention and satisfaction
- Manage the Private Sales team to achieve assigned revenue targets
- Optimize CRM and campaign leads to deliver sales results and increase staff productivity
- Practice usage of sales methodology and Financial Journeys to achieve targets
Service
- Deliver high-level, consistent service and quality standards to all our Private Customers
People
- Build and develop staff competencies and sales & service qualities
- Responsible for recruitment and staff retention
Compliance
- Ensure team adheres to all related regulatory requirements, policies, operational risk, legal and compliance matters including processes and procedures at all times.
- Ensure no operational and control lapses amongst team members
Requirement
- Formal Education: Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration
- Professional Accreditation:
- Professional Banking Certificate
- Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in any FIs with relevant experience in branch banking/Premier Centres with exposure in sales, service & operational aspects
- Experience in people management, team sales performance and provide high service standard
- Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio
- Good knowledge and exposure in wealth sales and products and local retail market landscape
- Strong leadership and excellent customer service, interpersonal & relationship building skills
- Good understanding of Group’s strategy objective and retail business model
