Job summary

PHB Asset Management Berhad, a subsidiary of Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad, seeks a Client Services professional to respond to client issues efficiently and provide information about fund products to clients.

You will promote unit trust funds to investors, assist in preparing daily, monthly and quarterly sales and management reports, and collaborate with Corporate Communications to keep website content up to date. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

Possess a recognized degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience in client services role in financial institution/ fund management company is added advantage.
A team player, attention to details, ability to multitask.
Strong communication (both in written and verbal) and organization skills.

Responsibilities

To respond to client services issues with efficiency and in a timely manner
To provide and communicate information about the fund / product to clients
To inform clients of available company product and services that address their needs
To delegate client inquiries to appropriate person or team when applicable
To assist Head, Client Services in preparing periodically sales reports (daily, monthly, quarterly) and other management reports (i.e AHB Status Report)
To promote unit trust fund / investment product / product solutioning to potential individual investors via company participation in exhibition / expo / roadshow / event.
To collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure the up-to-date information / contents of unit trust product in website, digital platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook etc)
To perform any other task assigned by Head, Client Service and / or HOD as required and deem necessary.
