Job summary

RHB Trustees Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist, Corporate Proposition to enhance the end-to-end client journey for high-net-worth clients. You will administer trusts, oversee estate administration, draft key trust documents, and prepare monthly client reports while coaching team members.

The role requires deep knowledge of trust structures, estate planning and regulatory familiarity, with direct client engagement and ongoing documentation updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or trust administration.
• Strong understanding of trust structures, estate planning, and client onboarding processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage HNW client relationships.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with ability to coach junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Optimise end-to-end client journeys to enhance the overall experience.
• Administer Private Trusts: payments, distributions, asset placements, and trustee billing.
• Manage Estate Administration: asset/liability gathering and transfers with beneficiaries.
• Draft and finalise trust documents (Trust Deeds, Letters of Wishes) for Private Trusts and Estates.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly client reports from fund managers and banks.
• Provide coaching and advisory support to squad members.
• Manage direct relationships with HNW clients: consultations, proposals, onboarding docs.
• Update Operating Manual annually or when processes change.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist, Corporate Proposition to join our RHB Trustees Berhad . This role plays a key part in enhancing the end-to-end customer journey and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for high-net-worth (HNW) clients. You will be responsible for trust and estate administration, client reporting, and the development of tailored trust structures, while also providing advisory support and coaching within the team.

What you will be doing

• Optimise end-to-end customer journeys to enhance the overall client experience
• Administer Private Trusts, including payments, distributions, asset placements, trade settlements, trustee fee billing, and collections
• Manage Estate Administration by compiling asset and liability information and coordinating asset transfers with beneficiaries and legal representatives
• Draft and finalise trust documents such as Trust Deeds and Letters of Wishes (LOW) for Private Trusts, Insurance Trusts, and Estate Administration Trusts
• Prepare and consolidate monthly client reports by gathering data from fund managers, fund houses, and bank statements
• Provide coaching and advisory support to team members (squad members)
• Manage direct relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients, including consultations, proposal preparation, and onboarding documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to the Operating Manual (OM) annually or when process changes occur
