Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores and Mystery Shopping results.
• Carry targets for CASA, FD growth, account opening, and cross-selling of PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales and ASBF Funding.
• Learn and use I-Pads/other devices for customer service and cross-selling; participate in Meeter-Greeter/Navigator roles when needed.
• Assist in calling customers for service/sales interactions and meet customers off-branch for discussions.
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives including Connect Penetration and OTC Transaction migration; maintain adequate staffing across branch network.
