Qualifications

• 1–2 years in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Agency BD.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Deep familiarity with the Malaysian e‑commerce ecosystem and social commerce platforms.
• Strong Excel data-driven proposals and comfort with numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing presence.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, accountable, ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential brands to grow the client portfolio.
• Audit store fronts on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to spot growth opportunities.
• Design compelling, data-backed pitch decks for prospective clients.
• Pitch to brand decision-makers with leadership, with path to independent pitches.
• Track local/global e-commerce trends and marketplace updates.
• Bridge external clients and internal execution teams as the Account Liaison.
• Manage proposal pipelines, contracts, and deadlines with accountability.

Have 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing? Ready to step up from day-to-day operations into brand strategy, client pitching, and business growth? We are looking for a sharp, proactive Business Development Executive to join our team in Kota Damansara. You’ll work closely with our BD Manager to audit top brand storefronts, craft winning pitch decks, and lead client presentations.

What You’ll Do

• Client Acquisition: Source and engage high-potential brands to grow our client portfolio.
• Storefront Audits: Audit brand storefronts on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to spot performance gaps and growth opportunities.
• Proposal Design: Build visually compelling, data-backed pitch decks for prospective clients.
• Pitching & Closing: Pitch directly to brand decision-makers alongside leadership, with a pathway to leading pitches independently.
• Trend Tracking: Monitor local and global e-commerce trends, marketplace updates, and digital marketing shifts.
• Account Liaison: Serve as the strategic bridge between external clients and internal execution teams.
• Project Ownership: Manage proposal pipelines, contracts, and deadlines with complete accountability.

Who You Are

• Relevant Experience: 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Agency BD (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop experience is a major plus).
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• E-Commerce Literacy: Deeply familiar with the Malaysian e-commerce ecosystem and social commerce platforms.
