AnyMind Group in Kota Damansara seeks an Executive, Business Development to drive growth in e-commerce strategy and brand partnerships. You will audit brand storefronts, craft winning decks, and lead client presentations with leadership support.

The role targets 1–2 years of relevant experience, a marketing/business degree, and strong Excel/data skills to deliver data-driven proposals. A proactive, client‑facing attitude is essential for progression into leadership pitches.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Agency BD.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Deep familiarity with the Malaysian e‑commerce ecosystem and social commerce platforms.
• Strong Excel data-driven proposals and comfort with numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing presence.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, accountable, ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-potential brands to grow the client portfolio.
• Audit store fronts on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to spot growth opportunities.
• Design compelling, data-backed pitch decks for prospective clients.
• Pitch to brand decision-makers with leadership, with path to independent pitches.
• Track local/global e-commerce trends and marketplace updates.
• Bridge external clients and internal execution teams as the Account Liaison.
• Manage proposal pipelines, contracts, and deadlines with accountability.
