Job summary

AnyMind Group is seeking a motivated Executive to join its Business Development team in Petaling Jaya. You will work with the Business Development Manager to source potential clients, design solutions, and prepare pitches to showcase our end-to-end e-commerce services.

You will analyze local and global e-commerce trends, craft compelling proposals, and manage key stakeholder relationships with a strong sense of accountability to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia e-commerce landscape and trends.
• Proficient in Excel and data interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-aware, and able to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage potential new clients to expand market footprint.
• Analyze prospective clients’ online storefronts on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Lead market research to monitor local and global e-commerce trends.

We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Executive to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will work closely with Business Development Manager to drive market expansion by proactively sourcing potential clients and taking the initiative to design solutions with the capability to eventually lead and present client pitches independently. You will analyze market trends, craft visually compelling proposals, and manage key stakeholder relationships with a high degree of self-awareness and accountability to deliver tasks on time.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source and engage potential new clients to strategically expand our market footprint and scale our business portfolio.
• Analyze prospective clients’ current online storefronts across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to identify performance gaps and formulate customized business solutions to present to brands.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to monitor and leverage emerging local and global e-commerce trends.
• Lead the conceptualization and creation of high-impact pitch decks, transforming innovative ideas into visually compelling business proposals that highlight our full suite of services.
• Deliver confident and persuasive presentations directly to clients, clearly articulating how our end-to-end e-commerce strategies drive brand growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and partners, seamlessly managing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring alignment between external stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage daily deliverables with a high degree of accountability and self-awareness, thoughtfully prioritizing tasks to ensure all proposals, documentation, and contracts are executed strictly on time.

Who You Are

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with an eagerness to grow; 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Deeply familiar with the Malaysian e-commerce landscape and sensitive to local and global digital trends, with a solid understanding of digital marketing.
• Comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel; have the ability to interpret market research data and understand the story behind it.
• Possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate smoothly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong self-awareness, with the initiative to solve problems independently while effectively seeking guidance and providing constructive feedback when necessary.
