Job summary

CARSOME is Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform. This role provides retail administrative support to guide customers from order to delivery, liaising with customers, banks, and internal teams. You will report to Branch Operations, Assistant Managers.

Key duties include vehicle handover and inspections, maintenance coordination, stock accuracy, and inter-branch transfers. A valid driving license and automotive experience are preferred; willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Automotive education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in automotive industry.
• Valid driving license with a clean record; willingness to travel.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Quality-minded to uphold fleet standards.
• Familiarity with JPJ or Puspakom procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and update records.
• Perform inbound and outbound inspections for EC to EC transfer cars.
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and conduct post-test drive inspections.
• Coordinate Puspakom re-inspections within required timelines.
• Coordinate car wash or USP; update AppSheet.
• Monthly stock counts to maintain vehicle inventory accuracy.
• Update CarTracker (C2B) before and after collections.
• Tag keys by vehicle number plates for tracking.
• Arrange transport from branches to the yard and back.
• Assist with inter-branch vehicle transfers with Logistics.
• Arrange East Malaysia photoshoots for vehicles.
• Manage CMS transfer store requests and L/M movements via TMS.
• Load/unload vehicles onto trailers for inter-branch movement; update CarRetailer App.
