B. Braun Medical Ind. S/B seeks an Executive/Asst Manager for Regional Business Development (APAC) in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role focuses on regional growth of medical surgical instruments with a hybrid work model and collaboration across Marketing, Sales, RA, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include market studies, opportunity identification, strategy development, and stakeholder presentations to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field or diploma in nursing.
• 5-8 years of sales and marketing experience in medical instruments, sterile packaging or Power Tools.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience planning internal & external events such as trainings, workshops & symposiums.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market & feasibility studies to develop new business leads for APAC.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities to sell products and services.
• Develop and execute product-related strategies aligned to divisional plan.
• Collaborate with local units to implement business/partnership models to increase sales.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

How you will make an impact:

• Conduct market & feasibility studies in order to make highly informed judgements of value to the regional and local division management to develop new business leads.
• Identify and evaluate potential new growth opportunities to sell the company’s products and services to our customers.
• Develop and execute product related strategies that aligns to the divisional strategy.
• Collaborate with local business units to implement business / partnership models to increase sales and market share of our products.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Proficient and effective presentation skills.
• Develop productive relationships in multiple functions (Marketing, Sales, RA, Quality, Supply Chain) on a global andlocal level.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve problems in a timely fashion.
• Investigate product issues and ensure satisfactory resolution of country complaints
• Prepare regular funnel reporting’s to the management
• Plan & execute product related events (training, live surgeries, roundtable meetings) on a regular basis
• Other initiatives as identified by managers and senior leadership

What sets you up for success:

• Bachelor Degree in relevant field or diploma in nursing.
• Minimum 5-8 years of sales and marketing experience in either surgical instruments, sterile packaging and Power Tools for local and / or regional markets.
• Good experience in project & tender business.
• Good experience in pro actively bundle services with products sales.
• Good Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Good experience in planning and executing internal & external events such as trainings, workshops & symposiums.
• Able to work independently with minimum supvervision, with a target oriented personality.
• Confidence in using IT related tools (Office 365; CRM systems such as sf.com).
