Business Development Executive - Surgical
- Achieve annual sales targets and growth objectives for the Neurosurgery & Power Systems portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities through effective territory planning and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, operating theatre teams, procurement personnel, and hospital decision-makers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, proposals, and business opportunities to support revenue growth.
- Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals and end users.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines within CRM systems.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and support business planning.
- Support nationwide projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Business Unit Manager.
Your key responsibilities

What you will bring to the team
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the medical devices, healthcare, or surgical products industry.
- Experience supporting operating theatre environments, surgical devices, neurosurgery, power tools, or capital equipment would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
