Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact point for clients — understand objectives, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.
• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution — from proposal to post-event evaluation.
• Develop creative and strategic event concepts aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, logistics coordination, documentation, costing, and sourcing.
• Be on-ground during events to ensure seamless operations.
• Track project progress and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
