Job summary

Grab is seeking an EUC Specialist to manage end-user computing operations, improve workplace technology experiences, and drive service improvements. You will independently own scoped workstreams, analyze recurring issues, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable tech support across Grab locations.

The role reports to IT leaders in MY and will be based onsite in Petaling Jaya. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is experience

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, end-user computing, workplace technology, service desk, or related tech role.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver scoped operational workstreams, tasks, or projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience with IT service management, asset management, endpoint or workplace tooling, or cloud productivity environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality and follow-through.
• Exhibit digital and AI proficiency to enhance output quality, while ensuring security and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day EUC operational outcomes for the assigned site or country scope, ensuring reliable support and smooth end-user experience.
• Partner with managed service vendors to review escalations, track service performance, and ensure timely actions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs, user guides, and knowledge-base materials for consistency and scalability.
• Work with GTS teams and stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues and represent end-user needs in service discussions.
• Support governance, audit, and compliance by ensuring controls and asset data are accurate.
• Use modern tools, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled assistants to improve troubleshooting and productivity.
• Lead small to medium operational improvement plans including asset lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding readiness.
