Job summary

NEXTDC in Malaysia is seeking an End User Compute (EUC) Engineer to own the management, operations and support of our EUC environment, ensuring our people have the hardware, software, and support they need.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, manage SCCM and Intune, enforce security policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EUC support and operations, able to work autonomously end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Entra ID.
• Strong communication skills with end users and stakeholders.
• Microsoft MD-102 or MS-102 certifications desirable; CompTIA A+ a plus.
• Experience with AV/collaboration tech (Teams, Neat, BrightSign) and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage client computing environments, including physical hardware and virtual desktops, for performance and uptime.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer identity and access through Entra ID.
• Administer Windows endpoint management via SCCM and Intune; enforce security policies.
• Manage device imaging, software deployment, OS patching, and endpoint security (Defender, BitLocker).
• Support collaboration tech (Teams, Neat, BrightSign) and BrightSign signage.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Lead evaluation and rollout of new EUC technology, from hardware to virtual desktops.
