Job summary

Confidential in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a versatile IT support professional to provide second-level end-user computing support, resolve intricate desktop and OS issues, and perform imaging and deployment tasks. You will also manage assets and configurations, document procedures, and assist users with system usage while ensuring security compliance and SLA adherence across the IT environment.

Experience with SCCM/MECM and MDT is advantageous, and you will collaborate with Level 3 support,

Qualifications

Provide second‑level IT support for incidents and requests escalated by Level 1 Support.
Advanced troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, OS, software, and applications.
Root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Resolve incidents within SLA targets and escalate when needed.
Update ticketing systems with troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and status updates.

Responsibilities

Provide second-level technical support for incidents and requests escalated by Level 1 Support.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, OS, software, and applications.
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
Ensure incident resolution within SLA targets.
Escalate complex issues to Level 3 or vendors.
Maintain standard images and OS deployment using SCCM/MECM and MDT.
Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base.
