Job summary

Nufarm Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced L2 EUC Support Engineer to strengthen our global IT team. You will provide regional end-user computing support remotely, acting as escalation point for employees across APAC and the Americas.

The role covers troubleshooting Windows endpoints, Intune-managed devices, Entra ID/AD, Exchange Online and Teams, with collaboration across L1 teams, MSPs and vendors to ensure a consistent digital workplace experience.

Qualifications

Three to five years in IT service desk, desktop support or end-user support.
Strong troubleshooting across a Microsoft-based End-User Computing environment.
Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
Experience supporting Intune-managed devices, MDM and Autopilot.
Experience troubleshooting endpoint, software, mobile devices, printing, VPN and network issues.
Experience supporting iOS and Android devices.
Working knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory accounts, groups, passwords and access.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook.
Ability to guide L1/L1.5 remotely and document resolutions.

Responsibilities

Act as regional Level 2 escalation point for End-User Computing incidents.
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint, application, messaging, collaboration and identity issues.
Provide remote technical guidance to regional L1 and L1.5 teams.
Support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and Intune-managed devices.
Assist with deployment and device provisioning (Autopilot, Intune, AD/Entra).
Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, licensing and access.
Support Teams telephony, collaboration and Microsoft 365 configurations.
