Job summary

Grab is seeking an EUC Specialist to manage end-user computing operations and enhance workplace technology for Grabbers at the Petaling Jaya office. You will lead scoped workstreams, identify pain points, and drive service improvements through data, documentation, automation, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

You will report to Manager II, Country IT (MY). This role focuses on reliable day-to-day operations, vendor performance reviews, SOP development, and governance/support

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of IT operations, end-user computing, workplace technology, or related function.
• Ability to own and deliver scoped operational workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into improvements.
• Clear written and verbal communication across vendors, tech teams, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day EUC operational outcomes for the site or country scope, ensuring reliable support and quality.
• Partner with managed service vendors to review escalations and actions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs, guides, records, and knowledge-base materials.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Support governance, audit, and compliance by ensuring controls and data accuracy.
• Leverage automation, reporting, and AI-enabled tools to improve troubleshooting and speed.
• Lead small to medium operational improvement plans (asset lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint compliance).
