Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) seeks a seasoned IT Operations leader to drive regional Level 1/2 support, end-user computing and workplace technology across our Southeast Asia footprint. This onsite role in Kuala Lumpur reports to the Head of End User Computing and focuses on service delivery, vendor performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, end-user computing, workplace technology or IT service operations with senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to hire coach and develop capability for regional teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, endpoints, IAM and operating systems.
• Experience with IT service management, incidents, problem management and SLAs.
• Experience delivering automation and observability using scripting, APIs or monitoring tools.
• Stakeholder and vendor-management across regional teams and MSPs.
• Experience with Intune or Jamf; exposure to AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
• ITIL, networking, cloud or endpoint management certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional IT Operations across Level 1 and 2 infrastructure and end-user computing.
• Own service outcomes, including outsourced Level 1 support, with clear SLAs and vendor governance.
• Drive major incident and problem management with root-cause analyses.
• Build partnerships with country IT, service desk, engineering and business teams.
• Define and execute a roadmap for automation, observability and analytics.
• Establish engineering standards for tooling, security, testing and rollback controls.
