Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive ERP solutions sales and expand the customer base. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, delivering demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor proposals and win contracts.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, a proven sales track record, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in technology or software.
• Strong understanding of business processes and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of ERP systems and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth by executing effective sales strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
