Job summary

ITS MART in Malaysia seeks an ERP Consultant to implement and support Enterprise Resource Planning systems for online-driven companies. You will analyze existing setups, define requirements, design solutions, configure software, and train staff to maximize system value.

You will lead system optimization efforts, train users, and work directly with clients and management to deliver cohesive ERP plans and upgrades, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Technical/Coding Skills – Extensive knowledge of software and coding with a readiness to learn new programs.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to think creatively and resolve issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Teamwork and Leadership – Coordinate division needs, lead meetings, and unite disparate visions into a cohesive whole.
• Communication and Presentation Skills – Present plans to management and teach system functionality to employees with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• System Analysis – Examine the current ERP system to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses and develop optimization strategies.
• User Training and Support – Optimize the system for easy use and train employees in its functions through organized training programs.
• Customer Service – Meet directly with customers and clients to determine their ERP-related needs and incorporate them into a cohesive plan.
• Technical Support and Upgrades – Perform day‑to‑day maintenance, install new upgrades, test for bugs, and handle system configuration and data migration.
• Project Development and Presentation – Coordinate with other business units to ensure their needs are met in system upgrades and present cohesive plans to management.
