Job summary

Food Excellence Specialist Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Assistant to support ERP system updates, production data entry, and stock monitoring.

You will ensure data accuracy across production, materials, and operations while maintaining up-to-date records for reporting and decision-making. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or equivalent, ERP experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM/STPM/ Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
2 years ERP system experience.
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Able to organize and maintain production data and documentation accurately.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

ERP System Update – Maintain and update ERP system records accurately across production, material, and operations.
Production Data Entry – Record and update production-related data accurately and timely.
Stock Monitoring – Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods; coordinate with relevant departments to maintain appropriate stock levels.
