Job summary

Food Excellence Specialist Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Assistant to support ERP system updates, production data entry, and stock monitoring.

You will ensure data accuracy across production, materials, and operations while maintaining up-to-date records for reporting and decision-making. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or equivalent, ERP experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/ Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years ERP system experience.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Able to organize and maintain production data and documentation accurately.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• ERP System Update – Maintain and update ERP system records accurately across production, material, and operations.
• Production Data Entry – Record and update production-related data accurately and timely.
• Stock Monitoring – Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods; coordinate with relevant departments to maintain appropriate stock levels.

Job description

ERP System Update – Maintain and update ERP system records accurately, including production, material, and operational information.

Production Data Entry – Record and update production-related data, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and submitted on time for reporting and analysis.

Stock Monitoring – Monitor raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory levels, identify shortages or excess stock, and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain appropriate stock levels.

Requirements :

• 1. Minimum SPM/STPM/ Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• 2.year in ERP System
• 3. Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• 4. Able to organize and maintain production data and documentation accurately
• 5. Good communication and organizational skills
• 6.Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
