Job summary

Kingdee International Software Group (H.K.) Ltd is seeking an ERP/HRIS implementation specialist to guide clients through the project lifecycle. You will assist the Project Manager in ensuring successful delivery, including business process analysis, blueprint design, configuration, go-live deployment, documentation, and BI reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related fields, 3+ years in ERP/HRIS with at least 2 full-cycle projects, and strong Mandarin-English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, IT, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in ERP/HRIS implementation with at least 2 full-cycle projects.
• Familiar with core HRIS modules; able to analyze processes, design blueprints, configure systems, go-live and BI reporting; write functional specs and troubleshoot.
• Strong client-facing communication; able to create user manuals and conduct end-user training.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (working proficiency).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to provide professional guidance and ensure alignment with business objectives throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of ERP/HRIS projects, including but not limited to business process analysis, blueprint design, system configuration, go-live deployment, documentation, and business intelligence (BI) report development.
• Develop user‑friendly operation manuals, conduct end‑user training sessions, and provide ongoing system maintenance and support. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve various system‑related issues.
• Prepare functional specification documents for customized development requirements. Coordinate with the R&D team to ensure that all custom development tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in ERP/HRIS implementation with at least 2 full‑cycle projects.
• Technical Skills: Familiar with core HRIS modules (org, payroll, attendance, etc.); capable of process analysis, blueprint design, system config, go-live, and BI reporting; able to write functional specs and troubleshoot system issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong client‑facing communication; able to create user manuals and conduct end‑user training.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (working proficiency). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
