Job summary

PERCETAKAN MUN SUN SDN BHD is seeking an Information Technology Assistant to collect, clean, validate, and consolidate ERP data across Excel/CSV. You will prepare regular and ad hoc reports for production, inventory, purchasing, sales, and delivery, and maintain report documentation.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
Fresh graduates encouraged.
Experience in reporting or ERP support is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate ERP data.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for production, inventory, purchasing, sales, and delivery.
Maintain report documentation and data records.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports.
Assist with Python scripts and AI-assisted tools for data processing and automation.
Analyze trends, variances, and business performance indicators.
Improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual work.
Coordinate application issues and enhancement requests with the ERP vendor.
Conduct system testing, track issues, and assist with user training and documentation.
