Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Executive focused on ERP and procurement to maintain and optimize the company's ERP system, ensure data accuracy, and support purchasing activities.

You will analyze data from ERP/CRM, build dashboards in Excel/Power BI, coordinate with suppliers, and collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); Power BI or similar dashboards is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL, C++) is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain data accuracy.
• Good communication and cross-team coordination across Sales, Warehouse, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and uptime.
• Manage CRM data integrity and standardize data entry across the sales team.
• Coordinate with software vendors or IT for upgrades and issue resolution.
• Develop SOPs for system usage and conduct basic user training.
• Extract, clean, and analyze ERP/CRM data to produce reports and dashboards.
• Monitor stock levels, raise POs, and liaise with suppliers to avoid stockouts.
• Track orders, fulfilment, and customer delivery status; manage returns per policy.
