Job summary

BASSnet in Malaysia is seeking an Application Support Consultant to join our Service & Support team. You will provide timely technical support for ERP applications, troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and coordinate with internal teams to improve system performance and user experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in ERP support, experience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/NetSuite, strong SQL skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in ERP/support roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle ERP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Strong English communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and support service desk.
• Good understanding of finance, procurement, HR and supply chain workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely ERP application support and issue resolution.
• Manage and close support tickets within SLA expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and UX.
• Guide users on best practices and contribute to knowledge bases.
