Job summary

BASS (M) Sdn Bhd, a global fleet management software provider, seeks high-achieving sales professionals for VP or Manager roles to drive growth in maritime ERP software. You’ll own global or regional revenue targets and build senior relationships across the maritime sector.

You'll collaborate with product, marketing and CS to shape our offering, forecast pipelines, and travel extensively to meet clients and industry events worldwide.

Qualifications

• Maritime or shipping sector experience, sales or user exposure.
• Hands-on ERP software familiarity, selling or using ERP systems.
• Experience with vessel operations, fleet or ship management.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow global or regional revenue targets for a cloud-native fleet management SaaS.
• Build senior, C-suite relationships across the maritime sector and represent BASS worldwide.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and customer success to forecast, report, and gain market intelligence.
