• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-3 years of ERP, software support, or business application support experience are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or other ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, inventory, purchasing, or business processes will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level and second-level support for ERP systems and related applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues reported by users.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Conduct user training and prepare user documentation.
• Assist with ERP implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Liaise with technical teams to resolve application issues and enhancements.
• Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution according to SLA.
• Perform data validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support report generation and data analysis requests.
