Qualifications

• Good command of English (B1/B2).
• Basic familiarity with computer software and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Support drivers through registration and onboarding.
• Educate on app functionalities to optimize experience.
• Communicate updates and campaigns to drivers and customers.
• Address requests, resolve complaints, and collect feedback.
