AIST Malaysia Sdn Bhd. is seeking an Account Relationship Associate (Fresh Graduates/Junior) to join our team in Malaysia. You will handle calls, support drivers, and assist with driver documentation and daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative work is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
• Respond promptly to customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions that leave a positive impression.
• Follow up with drivers, including inactive drivers and those with expiring documents.
• Assist drivers visiting the office and support driver legalization and documentation processes.
• Process driver and order checks accurately.
• Manage driver WhatsApp messages and support requests.
• Support vehicle branding, notifications, and related administrative tasks.
• Update operational spreadsheets and generate reports.
• Assist with social media communication and driver group interactions when required.
• Help organize and participate in promotional activities.
• Support daily office operations as assigned by the Branch Manager.
