Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Driver Support Specialist to join Grab's driver and delivery-partner onboarding team in Malaysia. You will contact potential delivery partners via calls, SMS, and follow-ups, handle registration and onboarding, verify documents and activate accounts, and drive activation targets.

You will assist drivers, monitor new partners, and support hub onboarding operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year in customer service or high-volume operations, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, telemarketing, inside sales, onboarding or high-volume operations.
• Comfortable working with daily KPIs and targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint & Google Workspace.
• Able to handle customers/partners professionally and resolve issues.
• Willing to work weekends and rotational shifts.
• Target-driven, proactive and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential our delivery partners through calls, SMS & follow-ups.
• Handle end-to-end partner registration and onboarding.
• Verify documents and process account activation.
• Achieve daily/weekly activation targets.
• Assist drivers/delivery partners with enquiries and issues.
• Monitor newly activated partners and encourage their first delivery.
• Manage onboarding counter operations at the hub.
• Support partner engagement activities and process improvements.
