Azeus Convene in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive end-to-end sales of our board management and meeting collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams.

You will identify opportunities, lead product demonstrations, build relationships with corporate decision-makers, negotiate and close deals, and manage events and partnerships to grow the pipeline. Interstate travel may be required and you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

Formación

• Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Experience presenting and demonstrating products or solutions to potential clients, including C-suite representatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and establish the market within an assigned territory.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to formulate effective business strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close business deals.
• Manage pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, supporting product pricing, and contributing to the achievement of business plan targets.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, including interstate travel when required.
• Deliver customer presentations and proposals, and negotiate and close business deals.
• Provide regular updates on sales leads, pipeline development, and business opportunities to Senior Management.
