Job summary

Smartez Solution Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking a proactive Business Development / Account Manager to grow enterprise sales in IT and cybersecurity. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with key accounts, and translate technical capabilities into business value.

You will collaborate with internal delivery teams, maintain CRM records, and forecast targets while expanding the company's network with vendors and partners. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business/Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of account management or business development in IT/software/tech consulting.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT solutions with quick learning.
• Established network within Enterprise, Manufacturing or Banking & Finance sectors.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new enterprise sales opportunities to meet quotas and GP targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts across the sales cycle.
• Deliver sales presentations and solution demos translating tech into business value.
• Network with vendors, distributors, and partners to raise brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth post-sale delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM, track pipeline, forecast targets, and monitor market trends.
