Job summary

InfoConnect is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant in Malaysia to drive pipeline for data and AI solutions across enterprise accounts. You will work closely with solution architects and delivery leads to translate client business challenges into validated proposals, POCs, and implementation roadmaps.

Ideal candidates possess 7+ years in pre-sales or technical sales, strong CXO-level communication, and deep knowledge of ECM/IDP and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/DS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales in ECM or Data & AI.
• Experience with large enterprises in Malaysia BFSI or Government/GLC sectors.
• Knowledge of OCR, document management, archiving, data integration, data pipelines.
• Understanding analytics, BI solution patterns and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead discovery and qualification conversations with enterprise clients.
• Conduct ECM / Data & AI maturity assessments and executive briefings.
• Translate complex concepts into business value for CXOs and decision-makers.
• Define Data & AI strategies with the technical team and design roadmaps.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate pilots and POCs with clear success criteria.
• Translate requirements into architecture and validate with technical teams.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact demonstrations aligned to customer readiness.
• Stay abreast of ECM, IDP, and data/AI trends; engage with partners and industry forums.
