Job summary
OpenText in Malaysia seeks an Experienced Professional Services Consultant focused on OpenText Extended ECM (xECM). You will design, configure, and deploy content management solutions that integrate with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.
This role blends technical delivery with business analysis, requiring travel within the country and abroad to serve strategic customers. Strong learning agility and communication are essential to translate complex requirements into practical designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 7–8 years IT/technical consulting experience.
- Experience with OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) or similar EDM.
- Knowledge of API integration (REST/SOAP) and SDKs.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure OpenText Extended ECM platforms and components.
- Map metadata and integrate with SAP, Salesforce, and MS 365.
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate to specs.
- Assist in data mapping, migrations, and schema design.
- Develop test scripts, perform UAT, and troubleshoot issues.
- Train client admins and drive successful adoption.
