Job summary

NTT DATA Malaysia is seeking a highly driven Data & AI Pre-sales Specialist to support the growth of our Data & AI practice. The role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, shaping transformative solutions for large enterprises and influencing C-level stakeholders through high-impact pre-sales engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or strategy advisory role in Data & AI.
• Strong track record in consulting with large enterprises in Malaysia (BFSI, Telco, Government, Manufacturing, or Energy).
• Strong understanding of data integration, data pipelines, and data modelling principles.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, on-premise/cloud data platforms, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Engagement: Lead strategic conversations with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and propose data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
• Pre-Sales Technical Solutioning: Lead pre-sales solution design for data integration, governance, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Market Engagement: Stay aware of trends in Data, AI, ML, GenAI, Cloud, and Analytics in Malaysia and Southeast Asia context.
