Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise customers in our Services Delivery organisation. You will plan, lead and deliver projects within scope, timelines, budget, and quality, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure success.

The role requires strong experience in consulting or technology services, certification like PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile PM, and proficiency with MS Project, PSA, ServiceNow, or CRM.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing end-to-end projects in a consulting or technology services environment.
• Ability to lead diverse project teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Sound understanding of project financial management, risk management, and delivery governance.

You will join SoftwareOne’s Services Delivery organisation, a collaborative and high‑performing team responsible for delivering customer projects across multiple practice domains. The team works closely with customers, internal delivery teams, and partners to ensure successful outcomes aligned with SoftwareOne’s delivery standards.

As a Project Manager at SoftwareOne, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and delivering customer projects in line with agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations. You will manage end‑to‑end project delivery using SoftwareOne’s Project Delivery Framework working closely with internal teams, customers, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Strong planning, organisation, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Sound understanding of project financial management, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum or equivalent).
• Familiarity with project delivery tools (MS Project, PSA, ServiceNow, CRM) and presales or upsell support.
