Job summary

Accenture in Malaysia is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives and drive business transformation. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee execution from initiation to completion, and ensure solutions meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in delivering end-to-end software or digital transformation projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methods. On-site role based in Puchong.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management or related leadership experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end software development or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• PM/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP/Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
• Experience in global or regional project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate project governance activities, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution by proactively identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions.
• Support change management and user adoption activities to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions and processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Accenture delivery standards, quality requirements, and organizational objectives.
