Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise customers in our Services Delivery organisation. You will plan, lead and deliver projects within scope, timelines, budget, and quality, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure success.

The role requires strong experience in consulting or technology services, certification like PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile PM, and proficiency with MS Project, PSA, ServiceNow, or CRM.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing end-to-end projects in a consulting or technology services environment.
• Ability to lead diverse project teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Sound understanding of project financial management, risk management, and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects within insurance transformation initiatives.
• Plan, manage, and control projects to meet agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal specialists and external partners.
• Monitor project health by managing risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, and facilitate regular project reviews.
• Prepare and communicate clear project documentation and status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project financials to ensure commercially healthy delivery.
• Support customer relationships, resolve delivery challenges, and contribute to project and account growth opportunities.
