Job summary

Zohorecruit in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Manager (AI/Fintech/SaaS/CRM/POS) to lead hunting efforts into new territories and close strategic enterprise deals.

You will sell complex tech, navigate long sales cycles (6-12 months), and collaborate with Engineering and Product to tailor solutions for large clients across banks, government, and telcos. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in B2B Tech/Solution Sales with hunting targets.
• Know the difference between SaaS and On-Premise; understand SDKs and APIs.
• Structured lead generation and pipeline management; CT0-style discussions with CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Hunt from Scratch: build pipeline in FSI, Telco, Fintech and Insurance.
• Sell Complex Tech: articulate SaaS, On-Premise deployments and SDK integrations.
• Navigate Long Cycles: manage 6-12 month deals from NDA to live demos to negotiation.
• Collaborate to Close: work with Engineering and Product to customize client solutions.
