Qualifikationen

• The Hunter's Resume: 3+ years of proven, quota-crushing B2B direct sales experience.
• End-User Expertise: Experience closing complex deals directly with enterprise stakeholders.
• Agility: Comfortable in a "startup" environment within a larger enterprise.
• Persuasive Communicator: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Relentless Drive and strategic, autonomous mindset.

Aufgaben

• Build and ruthlessly execute a targeted account strategy to break into new enterprise logos.
• Prospect, pitch, and create a robust pipeline of direct-to-end-user opportunities from scratch.
• Run the entire sales cycle directly with the end-user: from discovery and solution-mapping to negotiation and closing.
• Co-navigate deals alongside our partner ecosystem when necessary, while firmly holding the steering wheel on the end-user relationship.
• Act as a founding member of this new BD department. Provide on-the-ground feedback to the BD Director to help shape our direct sales playbooks, go-to-market strategies, and pricing models.
