Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Ads Specialist - Enterprise for ShopeeFood. You will drive adoption of advertising solutions, manage a merchant portfolio, and develop data-driven media plans to maximize GMV and brand visibility.

Responsibilities include campaign optimisation, performance reporting, and collaboration with product/marketing to improve ad products and merchant experiences. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in digital advertising platforms and campaign optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Commercially driven with negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English communication; Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of ShopeeFood advertising solutions across merchants and platforms.
Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant advertisers in key food & beverage categories.
Develop media plans and campaigns to drive GMV, orders, and brand visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise key metrics (ROAS, CTR, conversions).
Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and provide optimisation recommendations.
Prepare performance reports and business reviews for merchants and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Account Managers to onboard advertisers and scale usage.
