Job summary

VICTORY FOREST COMMERCIAL SDN. BHD is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and develop Shopee, Lazada, and other online channels. You will plan campaigns, optimize listings, and analyze sales performance to drive growth.

You will work on platform campaigns, ads, and creative visuals, coordinating with the team to stay ahead of market trends and competitors. Strong communication in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Shopee, Lazada or online sales is preferred.
• Strong interest in e-commerce planning, digital marketing and online business development.
• Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre and Lazada Seller Centre and online advertising tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or other design tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to understand sales and advertising data.
• Creative, proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Shopee, Lazada and other e-commerce platforms
• Plan and execute e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to increase online sales and product exposure
• Create, update and optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and promotions
• Plan and participate in platform campaigns, promotions, vouchers and sales events
• Manage and optimize Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads and other online advertising campaigns
• Monitor advertising performance, traffic, conversion rates and sales results
• Analyze product sales data and identify opportunities to improve product performance
• Prepare regular sales and campaign performance reports
• Work with the team to develop marketing visuals, banners, product images and promotional materials
• Monitor competitors, market trends and platform activities, and propose suitable marketing strategies
